WATCH MY WHEELS!
Doodle Development was challenged by Nike to produce an activation around their current company focus of Dance. By leveraging current relationships with Nike partners, Watch My Skates, Dance was expressed through the motion of skate. Watch My Wheels led two 60 minute customisation sessions for more than 50 Nike Members, and went on to take them for a Dance skating session at Flippers World.
The activation was strategically placed by the Nike By You to encourage those to return to the store after skating to admire the creativity they can add to their new Air Force 1 Roller Skates.
With the outline in place, we visited the venue to get exact measurements. With these we created a 3D mock-up of the space to fully showcase the placements and accessibility. This allows us to identify any hazards, necessary changes and gives the client an exact idea of what to expect on the day.
In regards to design, stickers were drawn up that were utilised for both the event and gifting. For the event, we took over the screens above the Nike By You section with content created in-house. One video in particular was a complete run through of all the stickers in a fun animated gif, showcasing an Air Force 1 becoming a roller skate and skating off.
Additionally, Doodle produced a tote bag for the Nike Members to carry their skates home in.
